Doctors not qualified  carried out MTP caused damage to intestine.   Subsequent hospital who treated the patient  i.e.  Apollo Hospital's Discharge Summary and Surgical Pathology report clearly establish that, there was intestinal perforations, as well as uterine perforation, with signs of severe peritonitis – Opposite parties  are not qualified to do MTP (Medical Termination of Pregnancy) as OP2 is Orthopaedic Surgeon while OP3 is a Pathologist .Patient's uterus was retroverted, and there are more chances of perforation of retroverted gravid uterus if abortion is not attempted carefully - Uterine perforation further caused damage to intestine.  Negligence proved .  Compensation @ Rs. 10,00,000 awarded.
